Who built this site, how it relates to Pollinations.AI, and where to go for the official project
This is a free browser front-end for trying Pollinations-style generation: images, text, and the ecosystem around it. We are not trying to replace professional creative suites — we want you to get a believable result fast, then decide if you need finer control elsewhere.
Pollinations.AI is an open generative stack from Berlin: APIs and models people actually ship on, not just demo. You will see it powering side projects, experiments, and serious tools alike. Most of what you do on this site ultimately talks to the same world of endpoints — including gen.pollinations.ai as a unified doorway for many modalities.
Single endpoint for all generation types:
You can read the upstream project, open issues, and see what shipped last week — handy when something breaks after an update
Casual tries often need no key; when you lean on it daily, Pollen and proper keys are the grown-up path
Image, text, video, audio — the names change; the idea is you pick a model for the mess you are solving
Lots of people ship on these APIs — shared patterns, rough edges, and real examples in the wild
If your assistant speaks MCP, generation can live next to your notes instead of in another tab
Pollinations identifies as a Berlin-rooted open project — we are just one site that plugs into it
We built this site because the upstream stack is powerful and a bit sprawling — we wanted one calm place to try image and text flows, read short guides, and grab prompts without signing up for five products. If that sounds like you, stick around:
When you need a quick comp or a style direction before you commit hours in another tool
When copy is “almost there” or you need one visual that matches the post
When showing beats telling — and you still verify facts and cite sources yourself
When you want to poke the models without becoming a DevOps project first
Text-to-image with several models — good for drafts you refine, not magic one-click perfection
Drafts, rewrites, tone passes — you stay the editor; the model does the heavy typing
Style presets and prompts so you can see the same idea in two or three looks before you pick one
Upscaling and cleanup when composition is right but resolution or noise is not
